About Bitcoin Casinos Canada
We compare bitcoin casinos that accept Canadian players on the terms that decide whether a bonus is worth having. This page explains who does that, how the site is paid for, and what we cannot tell you.
What this site does
Every crypto casino advertises a large welcome bonus. Far fewer make it easy to see what that bonus costs to clear, which is the number that decides whether it is worth taking. We put the published wagering multiplier next to each offer so that the comparison is visible at a glance.
Where an operator's terms in our data do not state a multiplier, the board says so rather than guessing. A blank is more useful to you than a figure we cannot stand behind.
Who keeps it
The board and the reviews are kept by Owen Halvorsen, our crypto payments editor. He checks each offer, multiplier and minimum deposit against the operators' published terms when the page is updated, and writes the guidance on moving money between Canadian dollars and crypto.
We are not financial, legal or tax advisers, and nothing here is a recommendation to gamble or to buy cryptocurrency.
How the site is funded
We are paid a commission when someone opens an account through a link on this site. That is how the site is funded, and you should read everything here with it in mind.
It affects the site in two ways we want to be open about. We can only list operators that run an affiliate programme, so this is a comparison of the casinos we can cover rather than of every crypto casino there is. And commercial terms are one of the inputs to the order of the board, alongside the published welcome terms. The figures themselves are never changed for commercial reasons.
What we do not do
- We do not publish rating scores. A number out of ten with no data behind it is decoration. The box on each row is the operator's published wagering figure, or a plain "not listed".
- We do not list Canadian-licensed casinos. Every operator here is licensed offshore. See responsible gambling for what that means for you.
- We do not give tax advice. The tax notes on the homepage are general; your own situation is a question for an accountant.
Corrections
Terms change without notice. If something here is out of date, such as an offer that has gone or a multiplier that has moved, tell us on the contact page and we will check it against the operator's terms and correct the page. How the board is put together is set out on how we rank.
